Expectations

  1. The duration of working hours is 8 hours per day, 5 days every week (Monday-Friday). So that the total working hours every week is 40 hours.
  2. The incubation hour is 08.00 - 17.00 WIB. Each team must start working at 08.00 and end at 17.00. By filling in the check-in and check-out forms that have been provided. Incubation participants must be ready to be contacted by the management, make sure that your device is active during working hours.
  3. Use tools for task management and documents.
  4. Over-communicate: make sure that your team members know all the information you have. Do not feel that the information you have has been known by all parties, even though the party does not necessarily know/understand the purpose of the information.
  5. All teams must have their workspaces and documents with the workspace link provided to the IGSI management.

Related to attendance

  1. Each participant must take part in the daily huddle.
  2. Each participant must attend weekly planning or internal team development meeting.
  3. Each participant must attend mentoring session according to the mentoring theme and the participant’s role.

Related to Meeting

  1. Meetings are carried out on time (online)
  2. We Provide 5 minutes to get ready before the meeting, for example, to check your internet connection.
  3. Make notes of the meetings and action plans. The action plan can be taken from the input of the mentors during mentoring session.

Related to Communication

  1. Maximize direct communication, As much as possible, use the call feature to discuss it.
  2. Use video calls if possible so that you can feel that you are working together.
  3. Every incubation participant must be responsive.

Mentoring

  1. Formal mentoring sessions are held once a week at the end of the week, according to the schedule agreed with the mentor team
  2. However, if you encountered problems or have something to discuss, do not delay consulting with a mentor. Chat directly to the mentor through the specified media. The mentors will answer within 1x24 hours.

Progress Report

  1. The team is required to make a weekly progress report that is collected on Thursday, before 16.00 WIB.
  2. The progress report is a discussion material used for mentoring.
  3. Every 2 weeks, a sprint review session will be held between the team representative (lead/producer) with the program director and mentor.

Evaluation of Performance

  1. Each incubation participant will be assessed for performance based on weekly progress reports, formal evaluation sessions held once a month, and reports from the tenants/startups where the participants are incorporated.
